RICHARD SNYDER, 1964-65: Richard is living in Texas (supposedly preparing a bid to buy another CFL franchise).
DAVID MURNAGHAN, 1965-66: David brought Brebeuf into the Ontario Catholic Student Council Federation. After catching the showbiz bug from Mr. Barry and Father Meagher, he went into advertising, specializing in TV commercial production. He is producing a CFTO-TV soap opera called Family Passions. He is married and has three children.
NEIL KEARNEY, 1966-67: Neal is a lawyer in Newmarket. He has been married for twenty-four years and has three children.
PAUL McGUIRE, 1967-68: Paul's platform included dances open to non-Brebeuf students and exemptions from final exams. His year also experienced the first Mo-Breb dance. Paul is the principal at Sacred Heart High School. He lives in Markham with his wife and three teen-agers.
J. PAUL ADAMS, 1969-70: Paul's team drafted the first Brebeuf Student Constitution. His platform revolved around the slogan: "Results through action." He has returned to Brebeuf as a teacher and created BC Jazz, Brebeuf's own a cappella group.
FRANK FLANAGAN, 1970-71: Frank attended Notre Dame University. He now resides in California.
MICHAEL WALSH, 1971-72: In Father Meagher's last year as principal, his council initiated the position of Junior V.P. and Sports Rep. He is married to Susan Pitts (SJMP '75) and has two children. He works at Sun Microsystems of Canada as director of Canadian marketing.
GAR KNUTSON, 1973-74: Gar is the Member of Parliament for the riding of Elgin-St. Thomas. He is a lawyer and is married with two children.
MATT HALPIN, 1975-76: Matt graduated from the Univeristy of Ottawa law school in 1984. He is a partner with Blake, Cassel and Graydon. He and his wife, Liette, are the proud parents of a son.
PAUL FUJIWARA, 1977-78: Paul's council raised about $8,000 for a new weight-room machine. He is the comptroller for Reebok Canada. He is married to Mari Lou Munro and has two children. Paul still warns young Canadians that premature weightlifting may stunt their growth.
PHILIP HOGAN, 1978-79: "Time For Horganization." Phil introduced Buttkiss, Brebeuf's mascot for basketball and football. He is a lwayer in commercial litigation at Morlock and Associates. He is also president of the St. Thomas More Lawyer's Guild. He is married and has two children.
PATRICK GALLIGAN, 1979-80: Pat dedicated his year to getting a stereo system for the cafeteria. He was renowned for his ability to stay out of trouble. He is a professional actor who has appeared in Theatre Plus, Side Effects, and E.N.G. Pat is married and has one child.
FRANK MACGRATH, 1980-81: Frank set up a new constitution and revised the Mo-Breb talent night. With the help of Mr. Daoust, the Nation Intramural System was created. He also raised $3,000 for cancer via the Terry Fox Run. He is V.P. at Miller McAsphalt Properties and Alumni Chairman. He is married to Mary Lynn McInerney (SJMP '83). He requests any coupons for free golf lessons.
CHRIS STANFIELD, 1981-82: Chris dropped Father Beaudois' chemistry class, allegedly to create more free time for student council. He fondly remembers the formal at the Inn on the Park and occasionally still has chocolate almond nightmares (the campagin raised more than $6,000). He is in sales at Bell Canada. He is married and has one son, Liam.
ANDREW HALPIN, 1982-83: Andrew played hockey in Germany for one year, where he tried to convince the locals that he was the reincarnation of Bobby Orr. He graduated from dentistry at Dalhousie. Andrew reminds sporting alumni to always wear their mouthguards.
JOHN SHIN, 1983-84: John took his medical degree from U of T. He is interning at both St. Michael's and Mt. Sinai Hospitals, specialising in opthomology, proving he still has real vision.
GEORGE LONGO, 1984-85: Encouraged by his success with the Brebeuf "B" George purchased his own newspaper, The Villager in the Bloor West Village. Every Saturday morning, he can be seen delivering the morning edition from his Porsche.
ANDREW PIERRE, 1985-86: Andrew worked for the OPP at Sioux Lookout for several years and currently works for the semi-tropical Lindsay detachment. He is still addicted to chocolate fudge.
JOHN CORSO, 1986-87: John organized the school's first video dance, as well as the smashing senior formal at the Harbour Castle. Many will remember the Club 999 raffle for a brand new luxury automobile. He co-hosted Radio Brebeuf with Steve Sabol ('88), broadcasting to students everywhere (and via satellite to the portapak). John graduated from Western in 1992 and worked at Wood Gundy for two years. He is attending Harvard Business School and will graduate in 1996. He is a member of the school's rowing team.
STEPHEN LESLIE, 1987-88: He created a major fashion breakthrough when blue jeans got the final okay for casual days. All five of his dances were sellouts and he revived the 3-on-3 basketball Tomahawk tournament. He is a commercial account manager with TD Bank in Saint John, New Brunswick, and is soon to be married.
ROD BOUDREAU, 1988-89: Rod's accomplishments include extended dance hours, fries in the caf, more casual days, the return of Radio Brebeuf, and teachers vs. police basketball challenges. He currently works at IBM Marketing and Support Services.
MARTIN ANTAO, 1989-90: Martin worked with the Council to bring back school spirit week. He studied at Western for three years and is now at U of T.
BRIAN O'NEIL, 1990-91: Brian had a huge role in the Spirit Squad. With the help of Justin Fung ('92), his council got the students to fill in hundreds of thousands of ballots to win a free CFNY video dance and a computer for the school. He is currently studying at Western.
JONATHAN PAGE, 1991-92: Jon's accomplishments include Brebeuf's first cabaret night. He is part of the student association at York, where he is studying education. He plays base guitar with Dave Keavney ('93) and their band, Hallow.
DENNIS KIM, 1992-93: Dennis is currently at the Physical Education programme at York.
GREG HARMANDAYEN, 1993-94: Greg is in his third year at U of T and is still trying to figure out his schedule.
ROBERT KILLORAN, 1994-95: Accomplishments incude: an opening week BBQ, the third student constitution, a successful Spirit Week, Can-Aid, dances, movie and talent nights, free candygrams, and Brebeuf's first fashion show.
